UDID.tech website provides a one-tap service to find the UDID of iPhone, iPad, or iPod directly, and API for developers to get the same data from client devices using a mobile browser (Safari) and without the need in iTunes or desktop/MacBook computer.
We created this tool for our internal use in early 2013. Since then, we have received dozens of requests from other teams to share the technology and help implement this functionality for their development and testing processes. So UDID.tech (ex-udid.io) became public in August 2013.
The device UDID could be a critical need for iOS developers to test early versions of mobile applications, and it also helps to debug and test apps in early development iterations.
We now have more than 300 teams using our API for their internal testing process, and about 2500 UDIDs are recognized daily.
Increase iOS developer teams' efficiency by providing fast, safe, and secure method to get device UDID and other unique parameters for testing, integration, authentication, and security needs.
